Been going to this location the past 1.5 years and food has been fine but recently the food quality seemed to have went down... hill. Our boneless wings, tenders, and fries all came out darker than usual when we opened the boxes when we got home. Both mywife and i thought the same thing. Bit into the chicken and it was a lot of breading and over fried. Seems that they used olderoil even when it was for lunch. Either they have new cooks or they overfried everything as of late. If there's new cooks theyneed more training runs. Read more

Wings are good but service is horrible. They have always been slow, but this last time was even worse. App said wings ready in... about 20 mins. 45 mins later the staff says "We're busy, what do you want me to do about it.". And then "If y'all can't waityou need to leave". But when asked about a refund, oh wait the manager is too busy so you'd have to just wait for that too. Read more

every time i do go there, i am satisfied. my wings are almost always sauced and tossed correctly, they are hot, and the fries... are always good as well. the cashier, a tall man with glasses whom i believe his name is craig, is very nice and every time icome in he always greets me warmly. he always makes sure to let the customers know that if they need assistance they can alwaysask him, a very delightful worker. my one problem with wing stop is that almost every time i order there, i always get one weirdwing. today i ordered and it was some of the best i have ever had, but one of the wings were still a little frozen. so much soit was very difficult to bite down into, and the inside was cold. this didn't really bother me much since mistakes happen, and iam not personally bothered by restaurants having prepackaged frozen food, but i just notice that this happens very often to mewhether its a undercook wing or a wing that is complete fat and almost no meat. that is really my only complaint, other thanthat this wingstop is solid on its own, but the welcoming staff makes it much better :). Ordered 15 wings, and half a dozen buns, they said it would take 18 minutes, I went in after 20 of waiting for the food, and I... was told they were putting them in right then, was told to wait 3-4 minutes, waited, went back inside, and was told the kitchenhadn't started them, and to wait another 3-4 more minutes decided to wait till they brought it to me, waited 30 more minutes, Iwent inside and was asked to wait 3-4 more minutes, so I didn't all in all I waited over an hour for 15 wings that were subpar, and all around weren't that good, don't plan on coming back. I love this place. Haven't really had a bad meal yet. I love their fries! Plus it's like 100 yards away from my house. ????

I've always loved wingstop and this one just did not do it for me. The "hot" was not sauced correctly, half of it was sprinkled... with sauce and definitely not hot. My wife's bone in mild was just gross to be honest. It seemed like they poured 10lbs ofbutter and a drop of sauce. Same with my daughters boneless.... such a shame we love wingstop and were just let down Read more

I would give 0 stars if it was possible. Granted I was a walk-in. Ordered a 20 piece & it literally took 1 hour. The employees... were just laughing the whole time. Worst wing stop I?ve ever been too. I should?ve checked the rating first because it lookslike they consistently give bad service. Read more
