Rudest employees I ever met, not judging on single visit but after 2 visits, first time they messed up my order with beef patty... that I don?t eat and denied to replace it rudely and second time when i repeated my order to make sure they don?t mess up theysaid you gonna get what you order, lol, just like last time? I had the worst service here. After ordering food over the phone, I went to pick up, and someone picked up my food. I asked... the manager, but at first, someone said that he couldn't give me my food because he had picked it up, but when I said it wasnonsense, only then did the manager try to give you food. Ordered $5.00 meal. Informed it was $6.00. Asked for cheese, no onion on the burger, paid extra for cheese. Got onion, no... cheese. Asked for sweet and sour dip for chicken tenders, received no dip. Burger was dry and bland. Very disappointed withtoday's purchase! Read more
I love burger King. This location is right by my house too. Their deals are great when given and especially when offered. We... purchased a whopper, chicken sandwich, one fry, and one ring. No sodas as usual. If I didn't speak up from the back seat abouttheir deal on the two we bought we would've spent an extra $6. The girl at cash asked for help so she may have been new which Ican totally understand. But when we got home our rings were totally burnt. A few may have been fried more than once. And theothers may have been forgotten about. And in this picture u see the stem of the iceberg lettuce. That was in the chickensandwich. Mind u, I ate the whopper and fries but my friend had the sandwich and rings so she was definitely not having it. Italked her out of complaining and I told her I'd leave a review instead. Either way it wasn't a great experience. I'm pregnantso fortunately for me, my food was good. Glad we didn't pay that extra $6 though. Definitely not coming back. I'm too tired to drive back. Make sure to take the time and check yourorder to make sure ur not leaving without your food and prior to ordering ask for specials.
