I'm going to be completely honest here. I have not had frozen yogurt in a pretty long time, and this franchise is the reason... why. Not only was the frozen yogurt pretty bad, the topping utensils were fairly unsanitary. I had gone an hour before closingtime, plenty of time right? My family and I get to the store with no customers and two workers already prepping to close. Theywere refilling one of the yogurt machines and laughing about how they were spilling the yogurt all over the floor. At 8:30,thirty minutes before closing, they had locked the doors and turned down about TEN costumers beforehand as they were cleaningand putting chairs away. Okay so, I had a really bad day today. My wife found out about my husband, they both left me, and my boss fired me for walking... around barefoot. So unfair. All I wanted was a nice cup of overpriced frozen yogurt. I got to the door and already the handlewas covered in marshmallow goo. I said whatever and walked inside. I got a cup and filled my cup until it overflowed. I lookedto my left to see the workers laughing and rolling their eyes at me. I did a backflip to make sure they knew who they weremessing with. After they applauded, I got my toppings (which were mixed together as if a toddler had 11 minutes and 21 secondsto play with them) and got to the front. The girl at the cashier took one look at me and my fro yo bro yo and threw it directlyat my feet. Then she said, "total is $23.13." Of course, I payed, but i cried outside on the sidewalk. I really don?t like to talk negatively but the customer service here was really disappointing. The workers were really... unprofessional(messing around on the job etc.) But what really upset me was that they closed and locked the doors about half anhour early. Literally about 8 customers were turned down from entering the store and even a little girl who was really excitedto go in was told they were closed, when in reality they weren?t. Came here a few weeks ago, minimal options as most flavors were out of service. Poor service. It happens. Came here again... tonight, same deal. Not sure what happened to this place. Facility used to be clean. Employees used to be friendly and helpful.Not so much anymore. We won?t be back. Read more
Went into Menchie?s to treat myself and my girl to some frozen yogurt and it was the most mediocre experience ever. All of the... yogurt machines were empty, 2 of all of them were working, and when I asked the guy he passive aggressively motioned in thedirection of the machines that were unavailable. Him and the other worker were just chatting away and eating the toppings. Manynew customers came and in and they left because the machines were empty. The employees were very passive aggressive and did notcare for the customers. If I were the manager I would really take a look at the staff and consider hiring workers who have thecustomers best interest in mind. Read more
