Nobody in the place and I order my food, there's four employees just standing around small talking and proceed to while I wait... and finally get going then I the girl just pours like a ton of sauce on the bowl and pretty much ruins it... The food didn't taste very good. The rice was very dry and the greens were almost grey. The chicken had a strange taste also.

Waited in line for 10 min, the only one in line at that and nobody even says hi will be right with u or anything. Yeah it was... busy, but no excuse. Also many times in the past they forgot to put the expensive avocado they upsold me on, and have to driveback. Read more

Meh. This spot needs better management. I ordered for curbside pick up. Pulled up front and notified my email I was there.... Waited 10 minutes, nobody. Called, no answer. So I had to take my kid out the car seat just to walk in and see the dudes in theback playing circle jerk. Got my food and left. Chicken was super dry, steak was over cooked. Attempted to order my dinner and my kids, there around 8pm..I was told they had ran out of white rice, and the young lady... cashier did not know they have miso soup..I found that very poor service, I left and went another not far ,and they hadeverything..my total would have been $50.. Read more

I had a horrible experience with this Waba Grill I ordered on the Waba App a combo plate with extra meat paid almost $20 for it... and when I got home and opened it was not the right meal. When I contacted Waba Grill about it they said the would refund me butI needed to speak with manager who is never there.. the manager or assistant manager called me two weeks later and said theywould eventually refund my money which never happened its been over two months now. Sadly besides the stingy portions and thebad customer service. I was greatly disappointed on the management. The workers in the kitchen are working hard and need supportform their managers which they're not getting since they're never there. I won't be going back. Read more
