Scary place to visit. I don't advise eating in. Drive through OK. No problems there. Employees are overwhelmed. Prices have... almost doubled. Paid $9.00 for a breakfast combo. Sad. Read more
imagine eating chicken with just salt. or a sandwich that?s just bread. every food needs some kind of sauce or seasoning to top... it off right? add some flavor! so imagine how devastated i felt when i opened my mcdonald?s bag to see that i had received nosauces in my bag when i deliberately requested ranch and sweet and sour sauce to pair with my meal. not only has this ruined mymeal, but it has also ruined the rest of my day. i was excited to eat my mcdonald?s with the pure taste of the delectablesauces, but my dream is no longer a reality. i?m very disappointed to say this isn?t the only time it has happened to me. it?shappened a couple times in the past. it pains me when i must eat my nuggets plain, no dip! or my crispy chicken sandwich withnothing to dip it in. what will i dip my fries in?? how will i get through this meal without the sauces. please fix this andmake sure you put sauces into all the orders that ask. don?t let another person?s day be ruined like mine. other than that thefood was good bruh thanks lol Read more

Stopped by this 24 hr Mc Donalda at 3:15 am to grab some coffee before work. To my surprise, the drive-thru was blocked off. I... called the restaurant and politely asked, why are you closed? The response I was given was unprofessional and impolite. Theperson working told me they are working there alone and can not service the store, ????????????. I asked who I could speak withregarding getting her some help so that customers like myself can be served. She responded rudely and said she does not need toprovide any information or the store manager's name. I felt compelled to exit my vehicle and knock on the door. I was greeted byanother very rude employee which means the person on the phone was not alone in the restaurant. I was able to snap of picture of3 employees working but clearly, the business was closed. Never again will I patronize this place of business. Read more
Went to the drive through after 1am, ordered about $32 of food. The guy taking the order rushed me, and of course got my order... wrong. And 1 of the large fries I got was only ½ full, and the other 2 where also cold and hard. I asked to return exchangethem and girl handing the food to the girl that actually handed me my food gave me a look, they gave me a diet coke which Ididn't order and the guy that had took my order would have known had he not rushed me with my order. They changed the diet coke,then gave me another fry that was full. But they too where cold and hard like they sat there for awhile. I asked to replacethem, they replaced them with more cold fries, we've all been to McDonald's we know how fresh fries should be and how old friesare. I'm paying money not asking for a feebie, just my money's worth. This McDonald's staff was unprofessional I know itsMcDonald's, but customer service really counts. That location is always problematic, but they most likely get away with itbecause they are the only location that I know of in the La Palma area. Read more
