This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to!!! Drove into LaPine from about 10 miles east of town, while it was snowing, to... get something to eat from the drive threw. It was shortly before 10 pm so I checked the website to be sure they were still open.Because I'm a local and know that they have had some staffing issues! Website stated that the hours of operation were until 11pm. It was about 10:10 when I arrived and pulled up behind another car waiting in the drive threw. All lights were on, menuboard lit up brightly. After about 5 minutes or so I heard the guy infront of me in the drive threw say "Hello" into themicrophone in the drive threw. A voice came back and simply said "We're Closed". No apology or explanation as to why. Just"We're Closed". I have lived in La Pine for almost 18 years now. Longer than McDonald's has existed in La Pine. Quality hassteadily declined. And rude staff has consistently increased. One morning shift manager in particular! But it doesn't matterwhat time or day it is. You will either get poor quality of food or rude waitstaff and/or both. This McDonald's doesn't deserveyour hard earned money. Or even the money you may have found on the ground. Can we have the old A&W back please? And in myopinion that single star is a huge stretch!!! La Pine doesn't need that McDonald's to survive, but that McDonald's does need LaPine to survive!!! Read more

Went through drive through, order $20 worth of food. Ended up with 1 item and ended up getting massively sick from 1 Burger.... They won?t even answer the phone to make it right. They stole from me and made me deathly sick. I will be going in person tocomplain today. Read more
For a fast food place these lines are terribly slow, they should be able to handle lots of people but sometimes the line doesnt... even move for 10 minutes. Compared to all the other mcdonalds ive been to this one is terrible Read more
The drive thru here is usually fair to good on speed and quality but this morning I'd give then an f on everything. Spent 55... mins waiting in the drive thru to start then we get our food and the order is all wrong. So after that long of waiting I have todefeat the purpose of the "drivethru" altogether and find a parking spot and go inside. While all of this is going on I'vewatched the manager walking around the parking lot doing absolutely nothing. Don't stop here, just go to bend! Read more
Between being extremely slow, constantly closing early, locking their doors during normal business hours so you can?t go inside... to order, I?m not sure why management hasn?t addressed these shortcomings with this location. Fast food is suppose to be fast,hence the name - 10 min waits in the drive through isn?t fast. This location needs ownership/management to come in, fix theissues and start providing a basic level of customer service. Read more
1 hour wait after one online order failure. Visibly frustrated employees, some walking off the line for a breather. This... establishment needs some love - not the employees fault for system failure but not a great experience. Read more
