I'd suggest you order at the counter. If you order online, it tends to be wrong. The tortilla chips are also always stale.
Had this overwhelming desire to get a Burrito Bowl. The young man waiting on me seemed to be confused about everything I wanted... in the bowl, he could not even give me the answer to an item on their menu. The kicker when I got ready to eat everything wasas if they took it from the refrigerator placed it on line to serve. This is not the first time my order was wrong. And you can't get in contact with customer service thru the phone number. They... clearly put the wrong persons food in my bag. Absolutely ridiculous, I paid $23 for this thru doordash and I then had to leavemy house to get it fixed. I changed my star rating only bc when I went the employees immediately wanted to help. But I should ofbeen able to speak with a person for customer service instead of coming back out. The employees were very friendly andapologetic in person but u guys need to have a customer service line with actual people and not the automated answering machinethat doesn't do anything. Look I didn't want to leave a review as I don't normally want to complain online but when you call the number provided for the... La Plata location you can't even get through to a real person. I ordered two different meals online. Both were supposed to havemeat. Mine actually had extra in it. I get home and both meals have LITTLE TO NO MEAT. Mine had absolutely none. I paid forextra meat. Very disappointed with this experience. The being unable to speak to a live person is my biggest irritation with thewhole thing honestly. Read more
