ZERO STAR!! This is probably the 5th order between me and my girlfriend we?ve gotten in the last 2 weeks and they have gotten... every single one wrong from the coffee being made wrong to the food taking 10-15 minutes to cook and then being cold when freshout the drive through window have also gotten a couple meals with plastic still on the cheese from this location it is verypoorly managed day and night take to long to get anything in a timely manner and again nothing is ever right save your time andmoney and go somewhere else because this Dunkin is far from satisfactory stay away. Very sad to see considering I know the ownerand personally dealt him when he had come to a establishment I?ve worked in the past and he expected perfect service but can?teven provide even decent services at his establishments should say a lot about this location. The customer service at this location is the worst. No type of acknowledgment when placing your order. It?s like you are talking... to yourself. Unfortunately I won?t be returning to this location. The WALDORF location is way better!!!! If you can make thedrive there, please go to that location. Read more
Tried to give zero stars but it wouldn't let me. I have been going to this store in Laplata MD for a while, and can't understand... why I keep going back. My orders are never correct it's like the people there can't read a print out and put the right amount offlavor or cream in it. I had to return to the store several times to have them fix my order. Today I drove home and found outyet again another worthless order of coffee. I called to talk to the manager(whom is never rhere) talked to an employee who wasno help. He wanted me to bring the coffee back to get a refund, like I was going to drive 20 mins back to the store when theycould've done it over the phone. I will never go back to this Dunkin Doughnuts store in Laplata except to get a refund. If youare reading this do yourself a favor go to Starbucks instead. Very disappointed customer!!!!! Read more
Definitely would not go here again, they messed my order completely up and when I went back I was being nice and told them I... think they had made a mistake and gave me the wrong drink they gave me an attitude and gave me another drink and it still wasn?tright. It'd be nice for the employees to pay attention and provide with everything that's ordered. I opened my bag 40 mintues later and... found items missing. When called, the useless employee told me to come back. Sorry, not driving back 30 minutes to get my $2 andchange item. Should've been refunded on the phone or atleast offered an apology.
