The service was excellent and the food was amazing. I wasn't sure what to expect so I asked for recommendations and everything... ended up being really delicious and satisfying. The waitress recommended the Alfano White pizza and it was probably the mostamazing white sauce pizza I've ever had. Fresh, tasty food made with care and excellent service! Order the Pikilia appetizer platter for a little of everything- sausage,... chicken, dolmades, spanakopita, fresh dips and more and more! Around the table people kept finding new favorites! We enjoyed theshrimp saganaki - exquisitely perfect shrimp in a sauce made with love - you can taste it! My husband enjoyed the lamb chops andsaid they were cooked perfectly. The crab dip displayed an elegant balance between cheese and crab. The baklava and bananasfoster were a tasty end to our meal: the phyllo crunchy, the fruit soft and sweet. The outdoor dining area transports you toGreece with the vine-covered pergola and the brick oven producing work-of-art pizzas. The pots of fresh mint and lime treescomplete the friendly atmosphere. Amazing food and great staff. Two weeks ago I watched the manager/owner deal with a rude customer, who left a horrible... fictitious review. I was less than 15 feet away. Dion was very professional even as the customers were rude, used profanity anddisrespected him. The food here is amazing. If it’s not just right, let them know and they will fix it. He continuously spokeabout how much he’s spent here on his American Express. Well ok. The food is amazing. I come generally every Monday. Bestcrab cake hands down in Charles County!! Going to give this place a full five stars because small local places need it. Everything was delicious and attentive from the... start. The drink menu is reasonably priced. The food menu is packed with Greek staples and having a create your own pizza menuwill satisfy even the pickiest eaters. We ordered steaks, the skewers and the svoulaki platter and everything was perfectlyseasoned. Lastly, the baklava was the biggest piece I’ve ever seen in my life. It was a beautiful fall Saturday, the Hostess was accommodating, our waitress recommended the bread and she flamed it for us,... and our pizzas were dee-lish! I never realized the difference until that day: brick oven fired pizza, just have such a taste!The crust was chewy,not too stiff, and it was just like good luck making it to left overs. It was just too good. We had theDionysus and the Minataur (equivalent to a meat lovers). A really nice eating experience. Read more
This place is AMAZING!! I went here for the first time last week and had to try it again in the same week. The food here is... quality and delicious. I've tried and highly recommend the steak, lobster ravioli, dolmas, Greek salad, and spanacopitta (don'tknow how to spell it), the house sangria is fantastic and the apple martini is good too. The food is so good here. It's a shame, it took so long for us to make a visit. Service was sorta slow on the two occasions... we've patronized but the food by far made up for it. If looking for a great steak or lamb dish, this place is a top hitter!! Read more
I took friends there yesterday. The food was wonderful. The service was above and beyond the norm. My friends are handicapped... and the waiter was so patient and considerate I can’t say enough about him. My only regret is I don’t remember his name.That being said they loved the food. And I know we will definitely be back. Read more
