Person who brought us out our food was wearing ear buds at a high volume. She couldn't her us talking to her at all. She didn't... speak. While we were sitting at the table (8 of us) she literally mopped all around us, leaving an approximate 1 foot dry trailto the exit door. First, I find that unhygienic. Next, most of us had to use the ( unclean) bathrooms before we left, meaning wehad to walk across wet floors ( no signs) to get there and then out the door, anyway. After the girl mopped completely aroundus, she sat there with her loud ear buds on, playing on her phone, AT THE TABLE NEXT TO US! Nothing like being pressured tohurry up and leave. We won't inconvenience her again. There are 7 McDonalds in an 8-9 mile stretch. I guess they therefore don'tcare? At least the ice cream worked! ;) Read more
They were out of a few ingredients, they quickly offered options and exceeded expectations.
They are very slow around this time every time I've been (I've only been twice and I've only been around this time). The first... time I went, I was in the drive-through for a solid 20-25 mins. I know cause I was on a meeting the whole time. This time, Ididn't want that to happen again so I placed a mobile order and went inside. I still waited about 10-12 minutes but that's along time for what's supposed to be "fast food". I think they are under-staffed. Read more
The manager Nellie is the worst. All she does is yell at her employees. She doesn't care if there are customers in there. She is... very rude. She needs to be retrained on her customer service skills and managerial skills. Now I need to give 5 stars to theassistant manager Cindy. She is awesome. She needs to be the GM. Not one single time have I gone here and gotten my order correct the first or second time. This time, I had to get them to fix... the mess ups, but after I got to my deatination I tried to eat my fries. They tasted re-fried. This is the WORST McDonald's Iveever been to. EVER. Actually, the worst restaurant Ive ever been too. I do not make much money, so when I'm paying 12 bucks for1 meal, I would expect the food to be edible. At the very least. Read more
