Food was cold and ce right at start of lunch. Fries where cold and extra salty. Cheese not melted on burger bacon not warm and... also twice I have been there and no pies. Staff was great even when they forget my nuggets they gave me some but they where oldan cold also. Read more
It's a McDonalds so my expectations aren't high, but the service at this particular one is consistently bad. Orders often wrong,... long waits, inefficient staff... just not good even for a McD's. Was there again the other day and quickly reminded why Iusually pass on this location. The one up the street is much better. Read more
Last time I will ever go to McDs. No employee's available to serve or cook...and I waited 37 minutes for my food. I would have... walked out but they force you to pay by credit card while ordering from the kiosk. I have worked for McDs twice in my youth.Not the same place. Will never be right again. Read more

The location near St Charles Center Mall is the slowest in Waldorf. It took more than 6 minutes to exit their drive thru. I was... given hot burgers, a hot chicken sandwich and cold fries. Smh I'm done. Read more

Idk if this place has changed ownership or management, but the changes it has made over the past year are spectacular. The... employees seem happy and relaxed, everyone is friendly and helpful. The food is always hot and fresh. Once in a while somethingwill be missing from a bag, but mistakes are bound to happen and I'm not going to ding them for that. Read more
Service was slow last 2 times I went. They always seem to be short handed or over worked. Food was good for McDonald's.
