We went to outback last night and Brittany was our server . She was the nicest person we?ve ever met . We are a family of 7 so... it?s very difficult for everyone to know what they want. My entire family went to celebrate my granddaughters birthday, outback is her favorite place. There were 15 of us and Nick never... missed a beat, he was efficient, friendly and took great care of us the entire evening. We went here as a second choice for steak house. The 1st had a long wait. I wish I would have just waited. I ordered a t-bone... and got a bone in ribe eye. I chose not to send it back. I didn't want to wait for another steak. The steak was not good. Itshard to make a steak taste bad but i only ate a small amount. The waiter was apologizing. Wife ordered steak and lobster tail.They forgot the lobster. They got one out fairly quickly. The sides were good the the rest of the table liked there food. After this I will wait at longhorn next time. Similar experience last time we went here. Read more
