We went to outback last night and Brittany was our server . She was the nicest person we?ve ever met . We are a family of 7 so... it?s very difficult for everyone to know what they want. My entire family went to celebrate my granddaughters birthday, outback is her favorite place. There were 15 of us and Nick never... missed a beat, he was efficient, friendly and took great care of us the entire evening. We had such a great experience tonight at Outback. Ethan took our call ahead and also sat our party of 6. He was very friendly.... Anastazia was the best waitress!! She never missed a beat! The experience on Friday night was absolutely wonderful. Michelle our server was phenomenal as always and Summer the manager did... a splendid job assuring us we will be very well taken care of, and we were. And I will not forget Taylor, another manager thatmade sure that our credit was put on the book for when we came in next time. My steak was cooked perfectly and that NEVERhappens at any restaurant. The hostess didn?t seem to want to do their jobs. There wasn?t any welcoming communication. The server was very nice. She was... extremely helpful but that first intro sucked. Also, the bathrooms are horrendous. I?d understand after a full busy day but wearrived at 1130. They opened at 1100. There is no excuse for the toilets to be as gross as they are and the sinks to be cakedwith nasty stuff. If the bathroom isn?t cleaned properly, how can we expect the workers to clean the kitchen properly. It?s noteven stocked! Food was okay. Lots of stuff missing due to ?shortages?. I understand the COVID related issues but these concernsshould be addressed up front. It should be part of the introduction. Anyway, this was nothing more than a reminder as to why Ionly eat at mom and pop local spots and avoid chains. Read more
We went here as a second choice for steak house. The 1st had a long wait. I wish I would have just waited. I ordered a t-bone... and got a bone in ribe eye. I chose not to send it back. I didn't want to wait for another steak. The steak was not good. Itshard to make a steak taste bad but i only ate a small amount. The waiter was apologizing. Wife ordered steak and lobster tail.They forgot the lobster. They got one out fairly quickly. The sides were good the the rest of the table liked there food. After this I will wait at longhorn next time. Similar experience last time we went here. Read more
