I just want Popeyes to understand that when people do mobile orders, we do it for convenience. We want our food ready when we... get there, we don't want our order just started when we get there and still have to wait 10-15 minutes in line depending on howmany people are in the store and wait for someone to help us. No one even tends to the mobile/online pickup order line and youhave to go out of your own way to make sure that you're being helped because the employees ignore the mobile/online pickup orderline. Wait times are ungodly long. You'd think a chicken restaurant would have chicken already prepared throughout the day, but the... wait times make me think they cook it to-order. This place really takes the "fast" out of Fast-food. Read more

We were in the mood for some Popeye's. We were in Laplata and stopped in this restaurant. It was noon and we were able to get... our food fairly quickly. The lady that took our order was hilarious. The only issue I had was the chicken could have been cookeda little longer. However, the flavor was still Popeye's. Read more

This location always seems to have a problem when I mobile order. They ask have I just placed the order. When I say no, they... still make me wait and then proceed to ask if I even ordered to the right store. When I show them my order, they look confusedand just start to make it. They then forget my sauce. Read more

I was in and out fast, and the young woman who helped me was nice. My husband and I love some Popeyes cheekin! It's not soaked... with grease like a competitor's chicken, or too salty like gas station chicken. Read more

Make sure to check your order BEFORE leaving the drive through. They TOTALLY messed up my order I ordered a two piece dinner... mild and ended up with spicy tenders and paid for fries that I didn't order or eat... Read more

Was just there tonight at 10PM in the drive through, waited for ten minutes before any employee working greeted me. Sitting... there listening to whoever was working the drive through holding a conversation with another employee and then I shouted outhello, hello, the response was, we are closed. It clearly shows that the drive through closes at 11PM. There are no moreprofessional establishments out anymore that truly shows customer courtesy and respect. I wonder if the manager was right therelistening the entire time. Keep in mind that you never know who?s in your drive through or needing your service. Always stayprofessional!! Don?t think I will patronize that particular Popeyes anymore?seems as though people don?t care to work anymoreeither. Read more

Two visits in two weeks and both were a total bust. Last week I used the app to order our food, and this way it could be ready... by the time we got there. After 20 mins I got there and they hadn't even started it, and they weren't even really busy...3 carsin the drive thru and three people inside. Then it took them 15 mins to get the food ready. Fast fwd to today, after 15 minsin the drive-thru, I ordered the $25 sandwiches and more pack. They said I had to order it online...because they can't get itto ring up right. So, I asked if I could just order it online/pay, and then they just make the food. They said no, and Iordered 2 sandwiches and two sandwhich combo's...and they forgot to put in two of the sandwiches!! Mind you, the sign at thedrive-thru doesn't say you have to order online, and the sign has been up for almost a month. This place is slow, the employeesseem to not care, and your order is always messed up somehow. Read more
