I just left the drive thru at this taco bell and the service was so terrible I literally had to just drive off and not order... anything. The young lady came on the intercom not a hello how can we help but "are you ready to order yet?" Just very rudelaughing in the background at other employees when I ask what flavor mountain dew they have. I went to Taco Bell in La Plata, MD to buy food for myself and my two friends. We get there and place our order in the drive... through and everything was good. We get to the window and they tell me the price and it was way higher than what it said on thescreen. I said whatever and paid for it. So then we got our food and it?s missing three items we ordered. We also ordered sourcream on the side for our meal and they just throw an empty container in our bag and call it good. As the lady handed me my bagand I drove off she laughed as well. I visited this location yesterday morning and had such a great experience with Shanon and Sierra. They both were so very polite... and cook our tacos Hot and Fresh . Ordered a Cheesy Gorrdia Crunch and it literally had no chesse. Meal was disgusting. Would not recommend this taco bell as it... appears the staff lacks supervision, direction, and there appears to be an overall lack of quality control when it comes to thefood served. Very disappointing. Read more
I bought food for 3 people. It was very affordable. I normally do not go to taco bell so maybe I'm missing something. I had the... crunch wrap Supreme and was hoping it was better. I never had it before; so maybe it's actually normal? I know most foods do notmatch what's advertised but I think I'll pass next time and get a basic soft taco.. See pics.
