Hostess was nice. Waitress was nice. The food though, not ideal. The green beans, mac and cheese, and steak all tasted like... there wasnt enough flavor or love put into them in the kitchen. We ordered take out this evening like we have in the past. Our order was ready ahead of schedule and the counter girl was very... polite, although that is where the good experience stops. Once I arrived at the window she let me know that our order was readybut they were waiting for rolls, which I was completely fine with. About a minute later she calls me up and says it’s ready.She had forgotten to give us our tea which I had to go back and get. Then once we get home (20 minutes away) we got all of ourfood out, there was no rolls (which was the only reason I had to wait in the first place), the butter was gelled over like itwas a couple days old, and my husbands steak was under cooked. I know people make mistakes and I get it I worked for over 10years in the restaurant business but this place is always either forgetting something or getting our order wrong. The onlyreason we go back is because when it is right the food is delicious. This place was great! And our server Ryan was amazing! He really knows hospitality! We felt genuinely taken care of throughout... our visit. And the food was cooked deliciously and the steak temps were spot on. When we went on a Saturday evening, we didn'thave a reservation and was seated right away. I would definitely recommend this place! Their restrooms could use some cleaningthroughout shifts, though. Read more
Madison was absolutely AMAZING. We had a party of 8 and we were super hungry so of course we ordered almost everything on the... menu lol. Madison served us with a smile and she did it super fast. She was even funny! She anticipated all of our needs beforewe even said anything. Even though the dining room was busy and Madison had several tables at once she made us feel like we wereher only table. We will be asking for her from now on! Read more
We completed a pick up order through the website and it was ready ahead of time. We ordered appetizer cheese fries and a ribeye... and shrimp combo, along with a half gallon of sweet tea. Pick up was seamless. I received a text when the order was ready and Iwalked right up to the window and was able to pick it up with no problem. The ladies working there were bothfriendly. Unfortunately, the meal wasn’t as good. The bread wasn’t the usual bread we know and love from a Texas roadhouseso that was really disappointing. The cheese fries are normally a favorite but not this time. There was really no flavor to it.The mac & cheese was also very bland. And the tea was not sweet. :( I think there may be a lot of things out of stock for thenormal menu and so they’re deviating and using other options. It’s understandable. It’s just that we had certainexpectations based on other visits and locations but unfortunately this location didn’t meet it. Read more
I asked for the bacon cheeseburger to be cooked medium rare. I was received a burger that was seemingly only seared on both... sides and RAW in the middle, cold to the touch. I asked for it to be sent back, and for them to remake it. When we received thecheck, they still charged us for it. I told them to take it off and they only gave us $5 off which is less than half the priceof the item. **update** I called the store to tell the manager about my dissatisfaction, as they wanted me to do and they saidthey were to busy to talk to me. I frequent Texas Roadhouse because of their exceptional customer service and wonderful food. It's not just a steakhouse, you can... order anything on the menu and it's going to be delicious. If by chance it's not they will fix it. Not had that happen though.The rolls are my weakness with the cinnamon butter ???????? I also appreciate that a manager typically comes and makes sure youare enjoying your meal. Love this place ? Read more
I’m sitting here eating my leftovers right now! I ordered the country fried chicken, loaded mashed potatoes, and buttered... corn. The chicken came with cream gravy, mushrooms, and onions on top. It was very tender and very delicious. The loaded mashedpotatoes are a meal in itself, creamy with chunks of crunchy bacon. The buttered corn was perfect, big juicy kernels of corn.The other 6 at our table had prime rib cooked to perfection, and big house salads. Everyone was in an eating coma and enjoyedevery bite.
