On Oct 2nd 2022 Did an online order threw BWW App, ordered about 4:15pm said would be ready at 5pm, arrived at 5:05pm. Was told... several times oh 10 more minutes, 10 more minutes, 10 more minutes, 10 more minutes, your order is after the one in front of youso another 10-15 mins, your order is up next, then I was told there was no more cheese curds, this is the reason I came here wasfor the cheese curds! My order was 10 boneless wings with cheese curds, all american cheeseburger with cheese curds and aregular order of cheese curds. This is the 2nd time I have been here and the 1st time was not that impressed either but I lovedthe cheese curds so figured I would give it another chance. Well it was def disappointing 100% I asked for a refund she saidthey would process it Sunday night and could take a few days to be refunded ( as of now it's not yet) I will probably neverreturn to BWW, Blaming new hires is unacceptable and having to wait 2 hours for food from the time I started my order is alsounacceptable as well. Will not recommend this place to any of my friends or family. Read more
First time in this location. Very empty, but took forever to get our order of 10 wings each and tots. Service was fast to sit us... and take order. Hostesses were friendly. Clean facility. I'll probably go back. Read more
Very long wait for bogo night. Dine in was having to wait 1 1/2 hours just to place an order. Person at cashier's stated that... the manager came, saw how chaotic it was, and left. Food was good but not worth a 45 minute wait. Read more
Very Good Everything! Sometimes the Rush Is So Great, The Food Can't Be Properly Made As Timely And Respectfully. Maybe If They... Added Time Expectancy on the menu as well as servers and Doordash order place organization. Waited over a half hour for our appetizer (apparently due to only having one runner, so our bar server told us). The family of 4... that had two apps that came in after us even got their apps before we even did so then we had asked about it and she came backwith it and was like, it was apparently done we just didn't have a runner. Finally got our apps which you should have at least10 mins before your meal (prob should be like 20 mins before so you have time to eat the app) but our food came out not even 3mins after getting our app, at that point it's almost like why even bring out the app when you are bringing my food outliterally right behind it? The 1 beer my husband and I both had was good. I would suggest that if you are going to be shortstaff to have either a sign saying that there could be longer wait times due to being short staffed, or have your host/server(if you go to the bar like we did) let the customer know that there could be delayed wait times no matter where you sit due toshort staffing. We spent a good $40 at least here, and wish we would have just went somewhere else. ( I was almost to thatpoint after finishing my beer and having no food). Read more
We got there at 11. 2 tables got seated after us and got waited on and received their drinks before us. We brought that to our... waitresses attention, she said they were short staffed. We understood they were short staffed but that doesn’t explain why 2other tables got waited on before us. She explained it was a mix up. We moved on from it and were gonna see how the rest went.After an hour and a half we still had not received our food. After speaking to the manager she seemed to not care less so weleft. Also, I asked the waitress for a refill for my husbands pop after she had passed by it empty 3 times, I watched her go tothe drink fountain and put Pepsi then Dr Pepper then Pepsi again. Server took forever to get our drink orders. By the time she got there we had had enough time to figure out what we were going... to eat. After bringing us our food and drinks we did not see her again for at least 30 minutes and had to ask another server fordrink refills. Place was even busy. Usually very good service Read more
Food was good but the peppers on it killed the flavor of the pizza itself. First time trying that pizza though so didn't know.... Was too light on cheese too. I didn't think it was worth the price for what I got out of it. Read more
