Decent new building, but they took away the flame grilled chicken sandwich/ salad and those were my favorite!

My grandma and I came here on the way home from an appointment that I had in IL. My grandma stated that her lettuce on her... chicken sandwich did not taste great at all, like it had been sitting out far to long or was old. The fries were hot, and mywhopper was decently fresh compared to some locations closer to home. Greeting could have been better, as we weren't greeteduntil getting up to the register and even then it was a "what can I get you". They could definitely step their game up and have an app like McDonald's because right now they don't even compare with... McDonald's app. Bks app is trash and a waste of space in my phone. Get up in McDonald's level and I would for sure come morefrequently and I'm sure others would too. Read more
