Their was a hair found in my pizza, when I calld them about it they were very apologetic told me tht all I had to do was giv my... last name and tht they would take care of my whole order all over again.., seeingbmy whole entire appetite was soiled!! Howeverwhen I tried to collect on said debt..., one of their night managers were VERY RUDE TO ME, in so many words he told me I waslieng, trying to get free food , and so on, I hav, had my reciept.., they confirmed they could see it on their computer screenalthough refused to giv me wht I paid for!!@ I would never recommend theis custermer service to my worst nightmare!!Unacceptable!! There was a computer glitch at the register and my being wrapped up in conversation, I didn't catch that my total was way... higher than it should have been on this past Friday. On Sunday when I realized what happened, I called up Domino's and spoke tothe manager Hayden. He was very apologetic and took care of the issue and went above and beyond just good customer service, hewas great!! Thank you Domino's we will be back. Read more

They had all destiny to call and ask for a tip from a ten year old boy will never order from them again and looking for a lawyer... cause that is harassment don?t order from them they don?t pay they employee enough to live off. They will harass you for a tip. Read more

i love their pizza but their service is absolute trash.. and its a shame cause I've given them a few chances now and they... continue to disappoint.. i know someone closely who got hired at Domino's only to immediately get fired under false accusations.they made him train his replacement, who was a friend of the manager, before they fired him. I've had orders made incorrectly.most recently, i put in an order and waited in the lobby for 20 mins until finally asking them if my order would be ready soon.the man rudely stated that they didn't have any orders and they were closing. like wow y'all knew you were closing but you justlet me sit there waiting for no reason. how unprofessional and disappointing, thanks..
