Went on Thanksgiving and they were busy as heck but everyone was still really nice and it didn't take that long to get my food
Initial order fries were cold. Went back through. They legit just tossed the fries in the hot oil real quick. Aweful.

I cought them at a busy time...I mobile apped a fish with extra cheese.. got through the drive thru fairly quick.. pulled over... to the side and no cheese at all.. when I went in not one employee was taking care of Walk in customers..i finally got someone'sattention.. she said rudely...all I need is to see your receipt..20min later I said is my fish up yet.. she said again rudely..hold on..here ya go...and turned and walked away... some people definitely need to learn customer courtesy. Not so sure I can even give one star to this location anymore. EVERY TIME I visit my order is wrong. I check my bag before... leaving the drive thru and always something missing. Sure, they apologize very kindly and hand over the food but why should Ihave to check every time? I live 10 miles outside of town so returning my wrong order is not an option and today was the finalstraw. I gave the benefit of the doubt upon glancing in my bag before leaving the drive thru but upon arriving home find I ammissing 2 Steak, Egg, and Cheese Bagels. Nothing like spending $50 on food and not getting $50 worth of food. I never leave badreviews but having worked retail my entire life this place needs some training on second checks for completing their customerservice. I will no longer waste my time or money here as it is exactly that. I am sure if I kept track I have lost easily acouple hundred dollars in forgotten food from this McDonalds. SAD Read more
Had 3 coupons and still had to pay full price. Said they refunded so we shall see. If it does get refunded will change star... amount. Also gave no receipt. Read more
