Normally these guys do real good.. normally the wait is kind of ridiculous but tonight was terrible.. there needs to be more... training or something.. I order a sweet onion chicken teriyaki. And literally go more veggies and barely and chicken bit intoit and no sweet onion sauce.. I am just saying fast food people want paid more but Noone can stop goofing around long enough tomake a sandwich right.. like come on when I'm sitting w cars back and can here people inside screwing around and then get amessed up sandwich.. that is a problem.. you are there to work not play. Had a list for the order and it was still messed up. Then had to wait a very long time after I had gotten all the way home and... had to come back. Empty drive thru and we sat there for a while. It wasn't toasted like we had asked the veggies were wrong andpacked in after we had asked for light everything and sauce everywhere let alone there was no cheese like we had ordered. Onlyhad an issue once or twice here before. Major inconvenience when you get all the way home and your family enjoys supper withoutyou then you get stuck eating alone. Not a good experience. Sandwich was literally on top of the bread. Rotisserie chicken is so shredded it looks like dog food, was told by manager that... her "dogs love it". She thought that was hilarious. Just wanted to argue the weight not the quality which was the issue. Nowonder all the reviews are horrific. Needs a whole new management team. What the hell. When ordering I was interrupted every two seconds, we waited at the drive thru window for 15 minutes. I was asked... what sauce I wanted on my PIZZA sub and I said just the marinara sauce. The other sub I ordered was a steak and cheese with mayoand lettuce. They put mayo, lettuce, marinara sauce and pepperoni on my sub. Literally all I wanted was pepperoni, marinarasauce and cheese. Then I made two of them meals, one with a sprite and the other with a coke. After I paid and I received mysprite I asked for my coke and she looked at me like I was stupid.
