What a terrible experience! We gave these guys another shot, after not a good experience 2 months ago. My daughter was working... a double shift, and we were busy doing home remodeling so ordered take out. They forgot my daughters order and no Celery forany of our orders. Called and after verifying that was the way we ordered it, they said come pickup in 10 min. Waited 15, thenwent back to restaurant. Waited 10 min inside at the front desk. So no one. Went into the bar. Saw no one. Finally approachedthe entryway of their kitchen, called excuse me TWICE and finally got someone's attention to grab my food that quite franklycould've grabbed myself and walked out. We had a group of 12 but didnt all sit together which was fine. We ordered appetizers and our food. The food took a very long... time to appear in which the appetizers came with the food. The food was ok. Our waitress was young and I believe not trainedthat well she never came back to ask if we needed anything. We went to get the manager I explained what the situation was. Hewas great he listened he comped our pop and appetizers and made sure we had what we needed. We would go back because the managerdid his job and quickly handled are issues. Read more

I chose the "hot" level of spiciness for wings, salads, and burgers. I'm happy because it's spicy and I'm good at choosing.
We walked in a hour before they closed. Customer service was great. Very friendly waitress. Restaurant and bathrooms were super... clean and well kept. Food was quick and hot very good choices of sauces for wings. If I ever go back to La Porte woulddefinitely go back for their wings. Read more
Definitely needs to work on staffing, but that's most places nowadays with the labor shortage. We went here after graduation and... it was naturally packed and we had a long wait time for anything, but once we got our food it was great. Besides coming hereafter events, the place is amazing normally. Read more
This place has always been a go-to for dinners for us for many years as a family of 6. Recently, though the take out has been... terrible. Forgetting sauces, burnt chicken breast sandwiches, chicken quesadilla with only a few if any pieces of chickeninside, and the list goes on. The workers in front are always friendly, but the food prep is awful. The kitchen staff needs sometraining on the menu items. Read more
