I am not sure this place is familiar with the ORIGINAL Schlotzsky's sandwich. What makes Schlotzsky's sandwich unic, is the... olive mix that goes on the bred. This is the second time I ordered it at this location and the second time I had a few pieces ofblack olives thrown on the bread instead of the tasty mix of olives. Revised update - my husband spoke to the manger who also argued with him, however he was able to speak to the owner who did... refund the extra money. I do wish this lady will get some training. She was not apologetic, understand, or easy to talk to whichmakes situations worse. I am happy the owner saw that why would we buy 15 individuals for 44.90 over the 15 pack for 15.99. Thepeople didn?t explain the cost was extra and had they done so we would of gladly packaged them ourselves. If we go back forCinnabons in the future we will get the packs. Lesson learned on our end and hopefully they will work on some stuff on there?s!I am truly appreciative of the owner for being so understanding of the situation. Original review - Poor service! Asked for 30Cinnabons (2 packs). I asked for separate cartons as it was for a hospital. They offered to individually pack them. We werehappily surprised that they would do that as we usually just get extra boxes and do it ourselves. We explained that one of theboxes needed to be tax free as it was on the company card. When my husband went to turn in receipts this morning it was not taxfree and they charged us for 30 individuals vs 2 boxes! 44.00 (for 15) vs 15.00 (a box of 15). I called to explain the situationto which the ?manager? of the Cinnabon told me that was how they have to do it. When I didn?t agree and ask to speak to theowner she said that was all there was to talk to and to have a great day and she hung up on me. I called to speak to corporateto which she said they were individually owned and if that?s what she said then that is all that can be done?. This isunacceptable I will not be eating here again. Food is good but i ordered a sandwich chips and a drink and i planned to use the apps discount for the first time not only did... the app not work but my chips where never rang up and i was told i never ordered any i was very disappointed in the wholeexperience Read more
Excellent customer service! Over the years Schlotzsky's menu has increased tremendously - to my delight! The gentleman behind... the register was able to tell me everything each item included: pizza, sandwiches and salad. Impressive - he didn't hesitatebecause he knew the menu! Staffing was the only drawback (brusk and indifferent...bordering on outright rude). Food was delish and the dining room was... clean and modern in appearance. I can overlook the twit at the counter...but they could stand to address the issue. Read more
I rated the food a 3 only because they've been raising the prices over the past year. The food is still great though!
