This used to be the best Whataburger and all of Deer Park and La Porte put together until recently. The quality of the food has... been so disappointing lately and there is always something wrong with the order. I?m not sure what is going on at this location,but I think it?s time to find a new burger place?.really sad. Read more
Employee with tablet took my order in lane B of the drive through. 3 burger meals and a chicken sandwich meal. Waited over 30... minutes in line just for them to tell me that the tablet the employee took my order in died and my order was never accepted. The store manager (George) came out and said sorry and that was it, nothing to compensate for their screw up and for the wasteof my 30 minutes and gas of my vehicle. Totally uncalled for. There has always been issues with this store on taking forever onthe drive through. They need better management and employee to run this store. Read more
I love the fact that the Deer Park location has 2 drive through lanes but if you use the outer lane it just depends on who's... working that day as to how quick they are about bringing your drinks while you wait for the food. Sometimes they bring thedrinks right out which makes me feel like I'm not just forgotten about because I'm in the outer lane. Food is definitely alwayshot and fresh. Was asked to pull forward in the drive thru and waited there for 15 minutes before going inside to wait another 15 minutes on an... order with three items. They also tried to suggest the burger that had been ready for 30 minutes was still good, and didn?toffer a refund or anything. Definitely won?t be back to this location. Read more
It was nice and clean inside, the gal who took my order was polite and friendly. I went when they were slammed at lunch time,... both drive-throughs full, most seats inside filled... I had to park in the Walmart parking lot to get a spot... It did take awhile to get my food. 20+ minutes from time of order food to drive off. Should have moved the car ahead of me to a parking spot. I watched 7 cars in... other lane receive their orders. I received my food: onion rings were barely warm and burger was cold. Should have been 2order takers for their safety, watched the poor person almost get hit twice going between lanes. Read more
This place was really great and it is in the mornings. The afternoons and evenings, It's like they don't care. I placed a order... of Honey BBQ chicken sandwich and I expected the sandwich. Instead, they just slap the sticker on it and When I got home, It wasthe Sweet and Spicy Burger. Don't order in the evenings and if you do, check your burger inside or in the bag before taking off.I'm going to the one on Fairmont for now on. Least they get my order right with the right sticker.
