Omgosh, where to begin for my first and LAST experience. Arrived at 19h00. The drive thru was backed up, so I parked and went... inside to order. BIG mistake. Apparently the branch had a staff activity that day. Some valuable advise to owner/ person incharge. Great you have a staff activity for whatever reason. Then CLOSE the branch down for that day. Post a notice the weekbefore for clients. It is better to close for a day, rather than have a your staff who are stuck in the disaster shift, shortstaff, drive thru beyond busy, line up at counter. The staff was overwhelmed and unorganized. The printer wasn't working toorder. Do you not train your staff to fix the printer?? Would have solved a simple problem not to lead into bigger issues. Themanager that evening, Marie, with black glasses. Unprofessional, rude, unresponsive to clients. Teens out of uniform walkingbehind the counter. If they were to fall behind the counter when they are NOT punched in to work, injury is not covered, etcetc. If staff had a post that shift. . . One at the counter, did the drinks, smoothies, ice cream etc, one at drive thru, back,and then a shadow, might had worked better. Staff need to be better trained. Read more
The service was excellent, but the food was not hot, the hamburger was grease, the wasn't any onions inside, everything was... slanted, the MacChicken wasn't hot either the only thing that was hot were the nuggets, and we didn't get any thraw.?? Read more
Usually we do not have issues with this McDonald?s. We ordered a happy meal few weeks ago and the cheeseburger had a string of... hair stuck inside the meat. We were shocked and unhappy. We thought that all the workers had a net to hold their hair, how comea piece of long hair was stuck in a burger? This is a no no for us. We stopped eating it and had to through the burger away andorder from another restaurant. It was such an hassle. We called and they told us to come back, it was already late for us and wedidn?t want to drive back. So we told them that it wasn?t clean and that they should be careful. The manager answered and toldme that I can get a free burger next time. I seriously have doubts about their sanitation and I will not be going back. Read more
Disrespectful manager she is a racist. She spoke disrespectfully to me because i only speak english. All i said is the coffee... was made wrong maybe they forgot the sugar or it was old and she starting saying your in quebec learn to speak french. Read more
