This must be the most untrained chicken house in the west, I have been told to wait 15-20 minutes for original chicken since... they ran out and only have spicy chicken 3-4 times this happened, I ordered the 10 piece legs and thighs and twice was servedwings and parts of breast meat (Happened more than 2 times. On last visit I ordered their 10 piece legs and thighs and when Igot home was I had only 9 pieces. Is this place not only short on help but brain power too? Doesn't take an Einstein to manage achicken store and keep the chicken ready at all times, never had a problem at Popeye's or KFC, never. Best fast food fried chicken besides jollibee, this location was always my go-to but since covid, they close early & the oil is... old? I?m a chef so I immediately recognize that disgusting brown oil smell. The employees here are usually really nice but,quality has gone down for sure & its really disappointing when you go an hour or two before closing and they tell you they?re?out of chicken? just say y?all are closing early. Also they ordered domino?s to the shop when they did that? bruh. **Picturedis after I airfried the chicken to drip away the grease, and wrapped in paper towel to drain it even further. That oil has gotto be at least a week old. This is unacceptable to be selling chicken in old, brown grease. Read more
I came to eat here ever since I was 10 years old. The biscuits here taste like they are drenched in honey. The legs, drumsticks... and thighs taste better than KFC because less sodium or oil in the deep fried batter in the cover for the chicken. The 3 pieceschicken with the biscuit for $5 is a good deal.
