Kind of an old place, it feels like you're going back in time, this does not have anything to do with the employees but the... owner of the place, I have placed online orders multiple times and I always arrive 5-10 minutes after the estimated times and myfood is never ready, they always make me wait an extra 15 minutes, so if you make an online order I recommend you to call inadvance so you don't have to waste your time standing up. This Denny's location has always been a great local hangout, it has always had a welcoming feel and made you feel like you were... at a small town diner rather than at a chain restaurant, this is why I am horribly disappointed about my last visit there. Iplaced an order for pick up online, was there 5 minutes before my estimated pick up time, received ZERO acknowledgement from thestaff. I sat in the waiting area for 45 minutes while 4 staff members stood around talking and when I finally got tired of beingignored, I went up to the counter where they looked over, saw me talked amongst themselves about what I could possibly be therefor before sending the server over to ask what I was waiting for. I informed her that I placed an order an hour ago, she askedmy name, and ended up handing me a bag of food that had been sitting on the serving counter for who knows how long, but the foodwas cold by the time I received it. I have not been to a Dennys in about 10 years. This was a GREAT experience. The food was great, classic American cuisine, Pot... Roast and Country Fried Steak. The food was excellent and the Wait Staff was even better. They were extremely friendly andattentive. I really enjoyed the lunch with my family. Read more
This is my go to spot after a long night of fun or during a long night of fun!! Open 24/7 this place has come in handy many... times and has been my personal cure for a hang over. I have seems fights go down to arrest be made here. This location tends tobring in the most interesting people in town. As for the customer service I would say it needs some work and they need toremember that the customer comes first. Some of the host can be a short and the servers tend to go MIA. I think the real MVP atthese locations are the cooks. They need to let the cooks go around seeing how people like the food. They need to train thesecooks better add some really great tasting menu items. The current menu items are good but compared to places on the east coastwe are falling behind. Come on Denny's let's step it up we suppose to run the West side. Everyone always looks to the West sidefor the next ride. At the end of the day this location cooks up a mean breakfast and a decent dinner. I would rather go herethen Chili's any day. some positves are there is a Huge parking lot. Just enough seating.
