Every time I come to this mc donalds they always mess up on my order. I repeat my order I even give them the receipt and they... still mess up. It's a bunch of young teenagers working there. Today I went and the McDonald's worker gave my order to the wrongcar I honk at the worker and he ignores me. I knew he gave my food away when he told me a food order that was incorrect. Thegirl co workers are more knowledgeable and understand more the guys who work there are just dumb. That is what I have Noticed ,I ask the guy for my receipt the original receipt and he never gives it back. This mc donalds needs serious help. Read more
The worst drive-thru experience I ever had!!!! This afternoon I decided to get some food from McDonald?s this location, and I... used a drive-through, at first I wait for a couple minutes to get somebody order for me, at that moment I notice it?s not thatbusy, so I wait a couple minutes. The girls start placing my order, and I noticed she was talking to somebody so I decide to askher gently to see if she can repeat my order just in case my order is right on her screen since I saw the big screen in front ofme it shows different order, and she told me the one on the screen is not my order and I asked her then can you repeat that myorder, and she just tell me to move to the next window to pay. When I saw the receipt the order is different. I told her that Iordered a regular quarter pounder and double quarter pounder, both without bacon, and she just ignores me and tell me to go tothe next window. so I drove to the next window to tell another lady my problem is, and she fixed it for me, but I still have topark and for ten minutes during a busy hour. Could've avoided all this if the first girl repeated my order! I would never comeback to this location the worst experience that I ever had! Fries were soggy and gross too! Read more
Wonder if they wash their hands here. This was the guy at the window. Everything else was dirty. 1 of the drive thru lanes was... not working. Did not know until we drove up to it. I came to this McDonald?s Sunday morning to get breakfast for my family. It was very crowded but they seem to handle crowds... well. The woman took my order from one of their new big screens in the area where the line forms and she definitely knew whatshe was doing. After giving me my order and upon verifying its accuracy, I headed on my way. They even put the extra syrup andbutter in the bag like I had requested previously. This was a great experience and I recommend coming to this McDonald?slocation for food if your heart so desires fast food! Read more
