I was dissatisfied with wait time and the fact that your app does not have pizza tracker technology. I ordered my pizza at 6pm... and was calling at 7pm to check the status, i was told it would be another 30 min. i called at 7:30 to check status and was toldorder had left the store. i then checked my cameras (because i was not home and ordered pizza for kids), i seen they dropped offpizza on my porch at 7:10. at that time it was 7:45. my pizza had been sitting out in the cold for 30 minutes. the deliverydriver could have had the courtesy to ring the door bell or knock. how were we suppose to know the pizza had been delivered. bythe time we ate pizza it was cold. all of this could have been avoided if your app had pizza tracker technology. i will beordering for dominos in the future. You got my order wrong twice. On the first order, I ordered a supreme pizza and a extra pepperoni. When I got there an hour... later, they informed me that didn?t have my pizza ready because they got the order wrong. I waited 20 minutes outside in theparking lot just to get home and see they got my order wrong again. I did not receive any supreme pizza and the pepperoni pizzawas one of the saddest pepperoni pizzas I have ever seen. Barely in pepperoni was on the pizza. It felt more like a cheesepizza. This is the first time I have ever had this type of experience from Pizza Hut and it honestly makes you question if weshould stay with Pizza Hut or go a different Pizza Company. Read more
They said they gave our order to someone else.We ordered online,we got to the store.we waited for about 12 mins.then they told... us they gave our order to someone. The person i believe in charge said they would give us a credit. We werent looking forthat,we just wanted our pizza/pasta.me and my sis saw an order that looked like ours in the heater closet thing,that has readyorders, that looked like ours.2 pizza boxes with 2 pasta boxes on top.and i tols my sis..that order might be ours.but brushed itof when the supervisor said they gave our food away.she said we will have to make it again,and she said to wait 20 mins.we wereflustered and hungry so we went home to wait and came back.The suprvisor gave us our order,but our chicken wings weremissing.she said yeah the place we cook them caught fire, and we were understanding that it needed to be cancelled/removed. Soshe handed us our order and said here you go we remade the pizzas and pastas. But when we got home,the food was barely warm.theorder i had noticed before WAS our order they just had to comp us for our chicken.so we had to wait over 50 mins, for barelywarm pizza. It even had the old receipt on it.the earlier time.if they had given our order to someone,they would have taken theoriginal receipt.im sorry,that was poor service.we waited 12 mins to get told we needed to wait another 20,for food that wasalready done,then had a barely warm dinner. Ordered online at around 9:40pm on a Sunday night and picked it up at 9:55pm. We ordered an Edge pepperoni lovers pizza and an... order of breadsticks. The pizza had WAY too much oregano (looked like a bunch of pepper on tip of the cheese) and thebreadsticks had no dipping sauce. By the time we got home and realized the problems with our order it was too late in theevening. It would have been too much work to try to take it back and get a new pizza at breadsticks. Shared my concerns on thePizza Hut customer experience survey, but no response yet to address/correct this.
