One stormy night, vTDAv SPAWN wanted some caffeine, he pondered how he could ever quench his hunger for coffee. Then he realized... starbucks was open :D. Going through the drive through he felt something was off, someone's spiritual pressure!! But not like noothers he's felt, something was different, something was ohioan. Review for 9/26/2022: First time leaving a review on this place but the overrode my not caring. The order was through drive-thru... under the name Jesse for a Grande Soy Iced White chocolate Mocha. The first one my bf(Jesse) brought to me tasted like WATERwith a HINT of espresso. I had him take it back for a replacement of this unacceptable ?drink?. The second ?fixed? drink tastedthe same with slightly more espresso. Whoever made the first and second drinks are just incompetent to do their job on a notdifficult drink or are just plain lazy. Quit if you don?t want to do your job right. I told Jesse to go back for a refundinstead of getting a third cup of water. This is the last time I go to this store. As a former barista I understand how hard it is to make drinks when it's busy because you are trying to cut corner anyway you... can to not have any "red cars". However, cutting corners do not always make the outcomes great. I have been ordering a BbrownSugar Oat milk Shaken Expresso and everytime the drink is not shaken or mixed well and makes the drink taste really bad (it caneither be expired ingredients). If it was a one time or every once in a while then I wouldnt mind but it's every time I come itis always made bad. My only fear is if the are cutting corners drinks, management can also be cutting corners on other places,like I have seen at my store or other stores I helped out. Read more
CHECK THE CONTENTS OF YOUR BAG WHEN ORDERING SMALL ITEMS!!! For the 3rd time THIS WEEK, we ordered multiple petite vanilla bean... scones and were given less than ordered, but charged for the missing items. That's only this week, too. This particularStarbucks has done this to me at least 7 times. I ordered 6 scones, and got 5 in the bag, but charged for all 6 on the receipt.Today was definitely the last time I go to this Starbucks. I'd rather drive to a different store a little further than keepgetting ripped off for a scone every time I go to this store. I understand that I should check the contents of my bag when I usethe drive thru, but come on... As a customer, I have a certain expectation that everything I ordered and paid for should be inthe bag. My expectations have changed for this Starbucks, tho. Read more
I come here to study and play Pokémon go. Staff is genuine, kind and fun. You can tell they enjoy working with each other and... it's wonderful to see. I'm not a fan of corporate pride but I'm glad anyone who's queer is allowed to express themselves at workat this Starbucks. Usually very chill and there's typically at least one seat open every time I go. Kids can be a bit loud butthat's not the stores fault. Always seating outside as well, love the little patio area. Restrooms are clean and the food/drinksare great. Happy Pride! P.S. Put your money where your marketing is though and invest some money in queer charities @ yourcorporate office. Read more
This store is located on Hacienda & Fairgrove in the 'El Super' shopping center with Drive-thru and plenty of parking. We... ordered ahead via the app and our drinks were made as requested and on time. Today I ordered an 'Iced Toasted Vanilla OatmilkShaken Espresso' and it was very satisfying. Fast and friendly drive through. But they didn?t have any lemonades or anything but coffee. The new cheese thing is really good... it?s sweet and cheesy at the same time. I always have trouble ordering in this coffee shop because they have to many differenttypes of coffee it?s really hard to understand and read what every coffee has. Always great customer service and very friendly the line at the drive thru can be long sometimes but that's okay.
