Order was messed up for mine and 3 other people in front of me. Extremely long wait times while the store was not super busy.... Drink cups came out sticky and there were no available napkins to grab. We waited over 20 mins in the heat for two drinks. Not agreat experience. Read more
Starbucks itself is Good, this location could be great, i mean its not bad but if most times i want to make an order its either... closed or Not Able to accept Orders thru the app..most times its Really fast Sometimes it could take A few more extra minutesthan you expected...its a coffee shop what do you expect.. I was a bit excited to come to this location, I know it's one of the newer ones so I thought I'd like it but I was wrong. It's a... Starbucks that probably belongs near the beach. They have an open concept, all windows and doors are wide open. (Peep the pics).Its 86 degrees out and although its kinda cool inside, it just feels gross. Cars and trucks pass by all the time, its on a mainstreet so you can imagine inhaling all the smog from the cars, not healthy at all. It's not like others, it's painted white andblack. What really made it awkward was there was no charging stations for your laptop or phone. When I asked about it they saidI should've brought a portable charging station. ??? Really? If your looking for peace and quiet, not where your inhaling allthat smog head over to the library located in old Town. Your welcome! Read more
Starbucks coffee is pretty much the same no matter which location you go to but I have to say that I really enjoyed the layout... of this location. It's indoors but has a really open/outdoor feel to it which makes it really dog friendly if you happen to haveyour pooch with you. The staff was very friendly and got my order correct and in a prompt manner!! Read more
I just recently moved nearby , as I was cycling here the other day & realizing how hot it's been lately .I stopped @ this new... STARBUCKS located bout 1/4 mile from Industry Hills. I was very impressed by the built of this place to accommodate theircustomers for the summer heat .They have sliding doors and windows with some guardrails .A real pleasant atmosphere with ceilingfans Very cool place to enjoy an ice coffee or ice tea now that summer is here. Very friendly with Great service & very wellmaintained. Even has a drive thru for those early birds heading off into the morning commute to go to work.they have publicrestrooms that are equipped with essentials & very well maintained. Read more
So excited to be the SECOND 2nd review on Google ! Good good ! ! This is a brand new opening Starbucks with a GREAT location.... The sign is SO BIG, you won't miss it. The overall design of the Starbucks is very modern and nice. Not sure if it is built toprotect from the Coronavirus, but the inside working area is protected by the sliding windows. The staffs are nice and thisstore is OK to use the points to redeem for the free items. However, today the store can NOT offer my FAVORITE pink drink (nomore ingredients ) so the staff suggested me to try the Violet drink. I was happy to try the Violet drink (because it's anotherFRUITY drink ) but I was SAD about the result. The taste grade was B- , but I will NOT order it again. I will be back again tothis location because it's very convenient and it has good service. Oh, the WIFI was NOT working properly today so hopefullythey will fix it ASAP. Read more
I made online order it took for ever to receive it was supposed to be ready at 12:20 I received it at 12:58, I asked for a crush... Robbin caramel with extra caramel I received a regular caramel. All the wait for nothing. Read more
