It?s 3:03AM and I drove up to the drive thru and there was a yellow sign blocking the drive thru so I made sure to take a... picture for proof. Then the two workers came out one standing at the door and the other one walked up to my car and told me ?Ihave to clean? I stated the drive thru says 24 hours and he was like I?m closed to clean and I said again it says 24 hours, hesaid did you take a picture of me I said the sign says 24 hours so your going to close to clean? I asked and he just looked atme and as I drove off the guy at the door was laughing and making gestures. Why advertise 24 hours if your going to close? Gentleman that told me that they are closed for about half an hour. My wife came through here about an hour ago and was told the... same thing. So I guess that del taco closed for him to work on his car stereo and subwoofer. And he couldn't get my simpleorder right. I went after my overnight work shift to get some food at 5am. One of the 2 overnight drive thworkers was standing outside next... to the drive thru and just stated ?yo, I?m on break? two times while I finished pulling up to the drive thru menu. Then no oneanswered and when I pulled up to the window no one was there to help me. Generally pretty good luck with this spot. Sometimes the crew gets rotated out to other stores though so there's a chance you'll... get service from kids working their first job who completely mess up your order. Read more
Well let me start off by saying, this used to be a great Del Taco, but wow what a disappointment now. Ordered a breakfast wrap... at 9:55am didn't actually get it till 10:30am (yes I actually waited inside for it). We have frequented this location over the years and its always hit or miss. Yes it's fast food, but sometimes you get your... entire order sometimes not. Today I ordered a side of queso and I got less then a third of a container of it while paying fullprice, so a miss, but we will probably go back because the food is cheap. Read more
It is dirty inside...I'm not sure why they dont clean the windows inside and out the glass on door is filthy.... I will stick to... the other Del Taco in Palm Desert. I was disgusted. Everytime I reach for the sauce packets they are all sticky. There is morepeople working here and it stays dirty. There is less people working at the one in Palm Desert and its cleaner. I dont know. Vacant staff, food is old and cold. They forgot our fries and the 3 layer nachos didn't have one drop of cheese on them. Just... old stale refried beans. Absolutely disgusting. Read more
