Great service and staff but the prices for carryout suck now - not a 10% inflation like we see elsewhere, but 60-80% inflation.... Literally no competition when it?s more expensive than Blaze or Pieology. $7.99 carryout special moved to $14.99. Not a chancewith Blaze or Stuft Pizza around???? Read more

I'm going to give you guys three stars only because I enjoy Pizza and the new recipes that you guys have. I have removed two... stars for customer service and what I received today was nothing less than egregious according to those standards. I was notrude I did not call the establishment looking for trouble only to inquire about an online order that seem to not go all the waythrough after an hour and a half of waiting. I called three times within this hour and a half and when someone answered thephone they said hello as if I were a bill collector interrupting dinner time with their family. Cool I understand rough day, butwhen asked if this is Domino's because of how are you answer the phone your immediate answer is to lie and say no. This forcesme to leave my home and come to your establishment to see about the online order. When I get there I am told that yes you didcall the right number someone answered it but didn't feel like doing any work at the time. Again I understand but if you don'tfeel like answering the phone speak to your team leader ask them to take over answering the phone ask him to put somebody elsethere cut pizzas fold boxes do something else other than make other customers have a bad experience. In the end I received myfood minus one chicken tender and all my sauces so I see that you guys were still trying ???????? to the lady that answered thephone hope your day gets better Read more
Dominos Pizza service is fast and service excellent! the place is clean and take out orders are efficient.
On June 3rd I ordered a pizza online. 5 minutes after my order was placed and my PayPal account was charged, the store manager... said it would take an hour and a half. They only had one delivery driver and he was out to lunch. I asked if they would cancelmy order and they did. On Sunday I saw the $27 charge cleared my bank. When I called the store they said they didn't giverefunds. Stealing money is not giving refunds? No pizza, no money! This store needs some guidance from the franchisor. Read more
