Update 7/14 10:45am - Manager did reach out last time and apologized and said she would train them but it has happened again... this morning where I got my bowl really under filled as shown in the picture. I paid for a large and I might as well have gottena medium. I went to juice it up today this morning on 4/14 and got my usual bowl. I noticed it was only halfway full so I wentback and nicely asked if she could put more in it but she complained about having to remake my bowl and told me that?s how theyusually are. I told the girl that I go to this location all the time and have never gotten it like this and asked her if shecould please remake it. Once she was done making my bowl she gave it to me halfway full again with an attitude and said ?here.?I walked away with it but I?m very disappointed with her customer service. This has happened several times where we order pick up and end up waiting 40 minutes, the service was bad. I haven't been here for awhile but wow. Different people but same great taste. I walked in and was welcomed. Treated like I was... a celebrity. They waited till I made my choice. Amazing. I got a The Zone and a Aqci bowl. Perfect. Both tasted perfect. Theplace was clean when I walked in. Menu was perfectly easy to read. I felt welcomed. I will go again.
