Food was spectacular! The service could use some improvement. Our server did not visit our table during our meal. I had to ask... for a cutting knife to which he only had one that was clean. We were a party of 8. Seated of to the corner of a crowded room. Server waited & cleared 4 tables as we sat, waiting to order... (20 minutes). Then we waited another 35+ minutes for the food. By the time our food delivered, there was only 1 other occupiedtable (8 tables left.) Ordered a burger medium/ pink and asked for added bacon. The burger was a step below well-done withoutbacon. Fries and food was cold. Several of us finished our beverages and waited, waited for a refill. The extra cheese quitesmall, not like a side to share with the table. Worst service of my life. I?ve been coming to Red Robbin for years but lately the management and staff have been the worst this... place has ever had. Yesterday was the last time I put up with the terrible service this place has to officer. I came with myfamily and got a table for 4. It took about 30 minutes before anyone came to take our order after I had asked 2 other serversfor help. They brought our food but no utensils. Took about another 10 minutes to get them. Drinks were brought after the foodand never refilled. One of our orders was wrong but we decided to eat it anyway since we were hungry. To top it off, both mykids ended up with food poisoning. They have a good easygoing bar. However, I have yet to enjoy a burger here as of late. They're not quite what they used to be... before the pandemic. I'm sticking with their delicious fries and their bar. Read more
