DEC 23 6PM Lazy Sandwhich making I would shrugged off, bit she flattened the whole sandwhich while trying to cut it in half. The... bread was destroyed but instead of starting over she just kept making it. She didn't try to focus after this, she just let thecheese drop wherever and the toppings felt shoved it. I'm eating it and it's just stuffed unorganized sandwich fillings withsmashed bread. Does the owner or manager care about training their employees to actually care a bit more about the job they aredoing? I've been there burnt out working in the food industry but I still tried and cared, because someone could be having adifficult day and they were just looking forward to their meal during a break. This isn't the first time the person making mysandwhich was sloppy and rushy. I'm polite and don't ask for much, but this sandwhich just made me feel sad. Read more

We ordered our sandwiches online at 3:20pm, pickup time was at 3:45pm. We came in to pickup our order at 3:52pm and they hadn't... started the order, and i was asked if I had ordered at that location. I showed the confirmation number and the employee checkedthe counter and found the receipt. She offered me a drnk for my troubles, and then seemed mad about making my order. Not surewhat "I" did wrong but my order should have been completed by the time I walked in at 3:52pm. Not a thank you nor apology forinconveniencing me.. Good sandwiches, but poor customer service.. The girl making my sandwich really didn't know what she was doing. she left a whole 2 inches of my sandwich with no meatball so... i had to speak up so i wouldn't have an entire bite of just bread. Also toasted 2 and a half sandwiches at once which made themkinda cold. The store also doesn't have parmesan or oregano so that's cool. Read more

The girl that made my sandwich was lazy. Cut the bread all crooked, bunched the meat in middle so the ends and nothing but... bread. The melts are nothing but the regular steak sandwich toasted unless she again was being lazy. Read more

Very disappointed. The girl that made my order was very rude and disrespectful. She had a really bad attitude. Throwing stuff... and very inpatient. Not friendly at all. And from what I see other people have had complains too. You can tell she doesn't likeher job. Read more

So anyone reading my reviews might think I have it in for them. Not true. I love a good sandwich at even a greater price. So... its Tuesday and like their advertising sign says Tuesday's sandwich was a roasted chicken sandwich meal for $6.49. So I orderedit with no extras and expected to pay their advertised price plus tax. There were two ladies working behind the counter and oneseemed relatively new at the register. She kept asking for assistance from the more experienced one. She rung up my order andit was over $8.00. I asked if she would ring it up at the correct advertised price. She rung it up again and it was $6.99pretax price. Again I said it was incorrect. She called over the first lady and she said it was correct. I showed her thesign where it said $6.49. Now its not that I need $0.50 cents that bad, but the principle of the matter. They're overchargingdozens of customers daily and that adds up. State and federal laws are in place to protect consumers from false or misleadingadvertising. These laws make deceptive claims illegal. No business may make false, misleading, or deceptive claims about aproduct regarding its: Price. Read more
