I give Casey's a 3 star due to the prices. Everything you buy is literally 5 times the amount you would normally pay for... everything they carry. The pizza isn't the best either. When you get single slices it's always the same type of pizza witch ispepperoni or sausage. Aside from that when you order a pizza honestly it's just okay. Would be great if Casey's wasn't highwayrobbery. I hope dollar general starts building more places near Casey's, cause all they make money off of is instant food likesubs, slices of pizza and gas. I have called many different times on different days and been asked immediately if I can be put on hold. To which they then... proceed to set the phone down and forget I'm on the phone. I can't hang up and call back because it stays busy because the phoneisn't hung up! It wouldn't be a big deal if it hasn't happened so many times!!!! It's annoying. Read more
I absolutely love this casey?s. They always get the orders correct. They have the best pizza in the midwest. And they always... drop it off at the right location through doordash. Stores is hardly stocked. The spouts to the coffee/soda machines need cleaning. Half the cashier's are rude. Manager is rude.... Treats customers like they bother her. Two guys in the early morning shift from the kitchen seem nice and helpful at least. Read more
The female night shift sucks. They look you up and down and look like they are miserable and hate there job. They also don't... know how to cook the food ordered or if they do its half fast and done the lazy way. The men that cook during the day areawesome I order food when they are there and it's perfect and they make my pizza great with perfect amounts of topping and mypotato wedges with cheese and bacon awesome! They actually take there time with the wedges and put them in the container, meltsthe cheese as it's melting they top my fries with bacon, take the cheese out and pour it on and top it with more bacon. Butagain.... This is the second time!!!! On my wedges, this older red headed woman and I'm pretty sure her night manager watchedher do this, she put my fries and cheese and bacon on a sheet of paper and into the oven and managed to over cook my wedges andburn not only my bacon! But the potatoes and cheese to in areas! And stillll gave them to me. What's worse is she had to ask themanager who should have told her in the first place how to do it if she just scoops it in the container? She literally said whatnow? Just scoop It in there? And I even said something to the front cashier and she just was all uhuh uhuh and could care less,she didn't even know how much hot coco was when I asked her and responded with a annoyed tone Before this situation when I askedher. Again, only night shift do I ever feel the negativity! And the only time my food gets messed up and it's the same people.And the woman told me "nice and fresh" and it tasted awful.
