probably one of the worst subways i?ve ever been to!! me and my friends went and ordered three subs, and it took them forever to... finish the orders in front of us. the employees were very slow, not to mention rude. our subs turned out sloppy and were poorlymade. after all of this, they forgot to ring up my friend?s sandwich, so we left the store with 2/3 of our meal. we drove back,and they rolled their eyes and rudely rang up the other sandwich. will not be coming back!! Best subway I have ever been to! This place is really great and different from other branch around. They offer here so many... awesome foods that will surely satisfy your cravings and fill your tummy up. You can really enjoy this place because of theiramazing deals. This Subway is exceptional. All of their food is always fresh, new, and perfectly prepared. Once they get yourorders you need to wait for just a few minutes to get your food served. They are really fast and quick. You can really tell thattheir serving is made to order because the food is still hot and fresh when they serve it to you. All of the ingredients theyused is new and up to date. This place is really the best spot to stop in if you are looking for some quality sandwiches that isreally fresh and worth a try. This Subway is very accessible and they got so perfect location. They are so near to manydifferent areas around the city. You can also visit other popular places after you try this spot. Subway is everything! Theirstaff is very friendly. Their prices are decent. The food here is really amazing. Their customer service is outstanding. I wouldreally love to go back and visit this place again soon when I am nearby. If I could give a negative star I would. The employees including the so called manager are rude as ever giving dirty looks too.... Shutoff online orders early and still will not honor online deals and then they get rude with you when you call them on it. Iget charged for extra ingredients but never get the extra no one seems to care to fix the issues. I will NOT go back to thisstore clearly they dont want customers. I will go to Jimmy Jon's and Jersey Mikes at least they care about my business!! Read more
Went there today, 9/13/20. When I entered, the girl asked if I had a mask and I said no. She said we can't serve you. The fact... that I can't medically tolerate a mask was never asked. Will never visit subway again. Read more
Best subway we've been to in a while! Service was great! Food was great! There was actually fillings in my sub, without getting... an eye roll when we asked for more lettuce and sriracha sauce. The restaurant was nice and warm for a cold day instead offeeling like we had to eat with our coats on to be warm. Will be back again! Read more
I go here often because it is close to my job, but from now on I will go to the one in Peru. The girls are so incredibly rude. ... I went yesterday and aside from the girl working the cash register being friendly, it was an awful experience. The girl whomade my salad was not only rude but she did a terrible job making the salad. We go to this subway often because its closest to our home. Food is always good , but the customer service sucks. The girls who... work there are not people friendly whatsoever. They act like they are annoyed that you come in to get a sandwich. They neversmile. They have super awful attitudes. Owner may want to think about finding new employees that are experienced in customerservice. I'll start driving over to the Peru subway from now on whete I'm greeted with a smile everytime. Read more
Went to the subway in LaSalle today, first time at this location. I was the only customer in the place. I watched the girls make... several subs but, they had no interest in making me anything so, I left. Just acknowledge the customer, it's easy. Won't beback. Read more
