9/24/22 My family and I went to the local BWW for dinner. The restaurant was not busy. After being seated, we waited 10... minutes before being greeted by our waitress. She brought our drinks, and then walked away. After 15-minutes, I asked anotherwaitress if we could order. After a 30-min wait we finally were able to order. 20-min after the order we received our mozzarellasticks. The waitress set them on the table and said ?sorry for the wait? and left before we could respond. No napkins, noplates. Just lukewarm mozzarella sticks. Our meal would finally arrive. I ordered a Buffalo ranch chicken sandwich (pictured)The chicken patty was like a sponge. My wife?s chicken wrap consisted of over cooked chicken nuggets. No one, (4-meals) was ableto complete their meal due to poor quality. We saw our waitress 5x (drink order, food order, mozzarella delivery, fooddelivery, check). Only when I asked for the check did she ask how everything was or if we needed anything. Needless to say,leaving was the most enjoyable part of this experience. The overall environment is not welcoming. Blasting music when alsoplaying multiple sports game, when there may be 40 people in the entire restaurant does not bode well for a return. Overall. Ifyou want fast food quality, go to a fast food restaurant. Don?t over pay for fast food at BWW. Read more

My server ignored our table. He was more attentive to the two table that came in 15 minutes after us. Both got their food before... us He forgot our refills and ranch dressing. We never did get them. And he never brought our check. Another server did. I Spent$80 on the meal (that wasn't that great because we had nothing to wash it down) and gave a $20 tip because I was worried I wouldhave to wait another 20 minutes for my change. Servers we very nice when they would talk to me. I showed up around 7:40 within 5 mins someone said they would be right with me... they just needed to put lids away. I went looking for someone about 10 mins later and they finally took my order at 7:54pm. Ihad to go looking for someone again at about 8:30pm. The same girl Grace was was like "your still here?" And I asked for anETA. Took about another 5-10 mins to let me know it's going to be out soon. Finally I got the food. With a time that said I onlywaited 22 mins..... I asked for a manager. Asked for a refund I no longer wanted to eat or spend my money here. Jess the managersaid that it is about 25 mins for wings.... I told her that's fine if I was only waiting like 25 mins after I order. She saidit's going to take about 14 days to get my refund.... That's cool. I'll be back in 2 weeks if I don't have my refund. Food was great! I placed an order online and when I went in to get it it took 15 minutes before someone even came to me.... Multiple employees looked at me but never said anything. We ordered two street taco meals and two kids wing & fry meals. Asked for ranch and bbq on the side for one kids meal and only... received bbq. No ranch came with the other wing meal. As our meals arrived, the waitress informed us the taco meals came withFrench fries and would bring them out shortly. The kids fries were warm at best. We were at the restaurant almost an hour total.Never received the fries for the taco meals. The waitress was near our table multiple times and never stopped to check on us norgive the status of the missing fries. By the end of the hour visit we were irritated enough to walk over to the waitress and askfor a check. I mentioned that we shouldn?t be charged for the fries. The waitress took our check to (I suppose) the manager, inresult giving us $5.00 off the bill. It would have been more professional for the manager to come see us and apologize. Went for late night food and drinks while Thursday football was on. Friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere. Half price boneless... wings and draft beer specials helped make this more affordable. Normal prices slightly high for wings but Tuesday and Thursdaymake the price decent. Food was delicious and beer tasted great. Would recommend while specials are going on. Read more
