The restaurant is fine when you eat in and can immediately correct the mistakes they make but when ordering delivery the order... is constantly messed up. Your order either has missing items or the wrong items all together, even though your receipt saysexactly what you ordered. When you call about issues it takes forever for someone to answer the phone. When you finally do getan answer the first employee always lies and when called on it gets a manager for you. The manager the gives you contradictoryinformation to what the previous employee said. Then when you ask for a partial refund for the food you paid for and did notreceive the manager tells you "I don't know how, the GM will do it tomorrow " . Seriously? What kind of managers are youemploying who can't issue a simple refund? Anyway, as long as you dine in your experience should be ok, but if you get takeoutor delivery expect your order to be messed up. Read more
