Absolutely delicious! Their sausage gravy on biscuits was so good. I got over medium eggs(2) and bacon all for a extremely... reasonable price. Our waitress was really nice and also very helpful. I normally don't have any issues except that it's really chilly but tonight the service was very lacking. It wasn't busy but the... waitress took awhile to take our orders drink n food. She also never cleaned any of the dirty dishes from the table n I watchedher walk around n sit with her coworkers talking and carrying on. So she had multiple times she could have taken them. The restaurant is fine when you eat in and can immediately correct the mistakes they make but when ordering delivery the order... is constantly messed up. Your order either has missing items or the wrong items all together, even though your receipt saysexactly what you ordered. When you call about issues it takes forever for someone to answer the phone. When you finally do getan answer the first employee always lies and when called on it gets a manager for you. The manager the gives you contradictoryinformation to what the previous employee said. Then when you ask for a partial refund for the food you paid for and did notreceive the manager tells you "I don't know how, the GM will do it tomorrow " . Seriously? What kind of managers are youemploying who can't issue a simple refund? Anyway, as long as you dine in your experience should be ok, but if you get takeoutor delivery expect your order to be messed up. Read more
