Run of the mill experience! Restaurant was very clean, food was as expected. Drink menu was great and affordable with the... specials available. Salad bar was well stocked and fresh with lots of variety. Our server was STELLAR. Managed lots of tableswith big parties and difficult people no issue, our group did not feel neglected at all. The service we experienced was 10/10.It had been years since we visited this location as we are from out of state but it is a nice place to eat and we would eatthere again. Read more
This place sucks. Slow service. Food took forever to come out and there were very few customers. Cold fries. Had to ask for... croutons on my chicken Caesar salad and they didn?t even mix the dressing into the lettuce that was mostly romaine stumps. Chipswere stale. Ketchup bottles were empty on multiple tables. Never again. Read more
Food was very good & our waiter was awesome!! They brought back peach tea w) real peaches ???? and some other things on salad... bar too (only thing missing is humus) & it'll remind me of good ole' days when it was the 'go to place' to eat. Very goodmeal!! ???? Read more
Sticky carpeted floors, leaking ceiling (and it wasn't even raining) causing ceiling tiles to fall, unhappy servers, daily... drink specials that were apparently not specials after we received the bill, trash on floor and tables near us that were notcleaned off from patrons that must have been there and left before we had even arrived and were never cleared off the entiretime we were there. I'm not really sure if the board of health should close this place or Ruby Tuesday corporate office should,because it's an embarrassment and I'm sure this place is not what they'd like to have as a representative of their franchise.The salad bar wasn't bad and was fresh, but should have had crackers and perhaps tortilla chips since they do offer salsa at thesalad bar. The salad bar is GREAT, we LOVE it. I got a fish and shrimp dinner with mashed potatoes, and broccoli. My babes got I chicken, I... think it was something like bourbon chicken. His chicken was pretty dry and he couldn't finish it. My shrimp wasn't bad, but thefish was horrible it literally had no flavor. I also had a Legendary Long Island Tea and it was pretty good. Stopped by because my Dad likes the place. Ordered pasta along with my wife, while Dad had steak. 6 oz steak looked more like... 2 oz. Pasta dishes were abundant, full of macaroni and meat. Our server Michelle was attentive and fun to talk with. Read more
