I was impressed with this Starbucks. I am not a big coffee person at all so me going to Starbucks won't be often at all, mostly... seasonal because I love PEPPERMINT MOCHA! Pretty nice size store and the staff are nice and friendly, the only complaint I haveis that it was slow, it took 20 minutes or a little less to get coffee, my food came pretty quick though. I still give themcredit though the staff is working really hard and as fast as they can since they had a lot of drive thru orders along with dinein ordering, I mean they were swamped. Another con is the parking situation is the worst. Read more

I normally like Starbucks and have been to dozens all over the country. This one has to be the exception. It's been a few... months since they opened, so they can't use the excuse that everyone is new. The store is nice, but service is SLOW!!!!! Ontop of that, the parking is a mess. The dive-through takes forever. Last time o used it it would take about 10 minutes percar. Because of this it gets severely backed up and the line can go out into the street. The worst part is this also blockabout half of the parking spots so you can't get in or out of them. The going there today, the drive-through was backed up, soI tried going inside. I has to park at the business next door and walk over. When I got in, the cashier told me it would be afew minutes before they could take my order. 5 minutes uses later, another person told me that it would be 25+ minutes to getbasic drinks. No way I'll wait half an hour for a latte. Duncan or Holy Grounds are both nearby and have comparable coffee thatcan be made in a reasonable amount of time. Read more

Good ol' Starbucks, just like any other. Looks pretty new. Drive through & outdoor seating.

Typical Starbucks. I don't drink coffee but my wife does so we stopped for her. She said the drink was very good and made... properly. We did wait a while for her drink but that was due to the store being newly opened with newly trained employees. Isuspect they will get all the wrinkles out in short order. Store was very clean and employees were very pleasant. Read more

The place is very nice. The workers need trained better.. I get that it?s new but seriously? This is a great way to welcome... someone into a new starbucks. Makes you want to never go there again. Slow as can be as well. Read more

It always take some patience when Grand opening. I went there twice in the past week and both took me about 30-35 mins at the... drive-thru. (There were about 6 or 7 cars before me.) It definitely wasn?t fast but it wasn?t so bad for a place that juststarted. Read more

Came in the day after opening day - it?s almost like the company intentionally sent these folks up for failure. There were only... four people working and two were obviously still being trained. Waited 40 min to get a coffee and they didn?t have any brewed. They didn?t have brewed coffee?at Starbucks. Ended up getting an Americano and it was decent - nothing to write home about. Theworkers are extremely friendly and kind, full of apologies for the wait. Please be patient with them - they?re doing theirabsolute best with what the company gave them. Starbucks needs to treat their workers better, give them what they need tosucceed and work on training BEFORE opening? because they?re working SO HARD and it?s still not enough. My rating reflectsStarbucks as a capitalist company, not the workers? efforts. Read more

Went this morning for the grand opening and had a great experience! As expected, they were very busy, but the staff handled the... large crowds exceptionally well for their first day. Each staff member was very kind and went out of their way to be helpful.Starbucks is a great addition to our area and I can?t wait to visit again soon! You guys are awesome! Read more
