I traveled 3 hours from Fredrick md to LaVale md with out a bathroom brake on the evening of july 3rd 2021. stopped at this... subway at 8:40 for dinner. I was told the bathrooms were closed and that the toaster oven was turned off. I we wanted somethingit would have to be cold. I've been in customer service for over 16 years and to my knowledge if the doors are open the entirestore should be open. It was a complete waist of time going to this subway when we couldn't eat or use the rest rooms. Read more
This place is a joke. They never anwser the phone. They just hang up on you when they do anwser. Best believe i will never be... coming back to this store. You call to add things that you cant add on there app, and they still want to be rude. Rude peoplejust don't deserve my time or money or any one else's. Went on a Sunday evening around 6:15pm. The 2 servers behind the counter not once acknowledged our presence. We were totally... disregarded. Rude customer service !! We eventually left since we were not acknowledged!! Read more
