Food was great as always but service was HORRENDOUS. My cup was empty for a solid half hour while the waitresses just stood... around talking. Waitresses messed all the checks up at our table, then we are forced to pay a 15% tip. Horrible service overall. Read more
Really disappointed in my favorite Japanese restaurant. The cook had an attitude and burnt half of our meals. When we brought it... up to the manager she grabbed my disabled wife?s chair to pull it out while yelling at her. They offered 10% off, I said no! Shegrabbed my wife?s chair almost knocking her over. She then said 30 % off, I said fine I just want out of your establishment. Iwill never eat there again, beware if you go here. Read more
Best Volcano roll I have ever had and I've had lots
Food is good but they need to stick to the hours they post. They're supposedly open on Monday according to their posted hours... (they're not) and if you get there at 40 minutes til their closing time forget about it. You'll be told theyre closed. Superunprofessional IMHO. They should just post what time their kitchen closes as their closing time. Also we've discovered fruitflies floating in our miso multiple times. The sushi is good but keep all this in mind if you decide to visit. Read more
I could not believe the experience my family just had at this place. Myself and another person at the table ordered salmon and... we told the waitress that it tasted like it was rancid. I don?t complain, I eat what I?m given, but I?m not eating rotten fish.So I told the waitress and she just stared at me and said ?she?d go ask.? She came back and stated ?it just came in last nightso it?s good, it?s fresh.? Woman I don?t care when it came in, I?m telling you it doesn?t taste right. She then walked back twomore times to ?talk to someone? and told me ?next time just don?t order the salmon if you don?t like it?just don?t get it.? I?mvery aware of what I like and don?t like. I don?t like the waitress arguing with me in front of the whole restaurant like I?mlying. If something is not right, fix it??? She refused to take the salmon off and instead took $5 off my bill and $2 off of theother persons because ?stuff is too expensive right now.? I can?t believe it, never have I ever been treated like that at anyrestaurant. And let?s not forget the bill was still over $130?.and they automatically included the tip as well. This was my first trip and it was really good. The menu is overwhelming because I don't know what some of the stuff is yet. I... got the Habachi Chicken & Steak and the flavor was amazing. The portions are pretty decent but the price was high. I should havegotten the lunch specials but I took my son out which was great. I am sure I will return because I want to try their Sushi. The BEST restaurant I've found in this area. The staff are very friendly and extraordinarily entertaining if you get to watch... them cook! (I was blown away when our chef juggled a spinning egg with his spatula and then cracked it perfectly in half inmidair!) The chicken hibachi was delicious, would highly recommend. Read more
