For starters had to wait 25 minutes in line ,which it's okay if your short handed, i understand....but the burger was cold,the... cheese wasn't even melted on the burger ,and the chili cheese fries....instead of just making it chili fries when you don't havethe cheese,someone decided to put some white sauce (not sure wth it is ) on it ,and of course didn't find out about it till Igot back to work, I mean ,you wouldn't think they could mess up a simple order???? so lunch break and 25 dollars down thedrain... Absolutely the worst sausage gravy in the world! The gravy was too much flour and nothing but pepper with one small strip of... sausage on top of the hockey puck of a week old biscuit. Never again!!! Read more

Another one of those places that if depends on who's working if it's going to be good or not. Here lately it seems the line is... always around the building and u wait 20 minutes. I also would like to get a coke and not have it taste like it's been watereddown with sprite. But then there's days where it's simply awesome burgers and chicken nuggets. Took my grandsons there today and the place was a mess. Water all over the floor from drink machine. Counters were filthy and so... were the floors. They were busy and definitely working short. The food was barely warm when they got it. Ive never had a problemwith Wendy?s food before. Always hot and delicious so this was so disappointing. Hire more people it?s too overwhelming for thepeople working behind the counters. They work for practically nothing. Maybe if they made a decent wage they?d take more pridein preparing the food. Waited in drive thru for about 20 minutes then just left because it seemed no one was caring to take orders. When I first pulled... in, I was the third car in line. The first car took about 7 minutes to I guess order and go forward to the window. Next carpulled up to the speaker and by that time I put my window down also. For almost 15 minutes that car sat there with not oneemployee answering. Or that least even acknowledging that someone was waiting. Even if they were understaff someone should haveat least came on and said we will be with you in a moment or something. Nope just silence. The guy kept looking back as hewasn?t sure what to do since no one was answering.
