The customer service was great however my chicken strips where extremely small the fries was good.
I only gave one star so I could post otherwise they would have gotten 0 stars. Normally I won't write a review but I just... couldn't allow the public to be in the dark. I originally ordered the 3pc tender combo with a fruit punch hi-c. I asked forfresh food multiple times because I normally won't eat fast food. When I got my food it was hot but not fresh, there's adifference. The tenders looked like they had swam in old grease and I had maybe 15 fries in total. I was kind of disgusted andasked if I could just change my order to a cheeseburger that was fresh. I received my burger that was warm. I still wasn'tsatisfied but just drove off. The drink was watered down from the start so when I got home I threw all of the food away andpoured the drink out. Well before I threw my cup away I saw something move in the cup. As I looked closer, I realized that I waslooking at a worm that most likely came from the ice machine. Read more
First time at this location. Food was old. Asked for a refund they said they couldn't give it to me because the manager was not... there. Didn't give me a receipt and the cook can to window asking was everything okay knowing good and well the food was old.Made an sandwich with sauce all in the wrapper and sandwich even though it wasn't suppose to have sauce. Ordered from here Thru ubereats a little after 10 pm tonight and my whole order was wrong. I added bacon to both my sandwiches... and tell me did I get it? Hell no! I asked for a sweet tea with one of meals and guess what this restaurant had the audacity todo ? They gave me a Dr Pibb or Dr Pepper. I couldn?t tell the difference of which it was but I know it wasn?t a tea. IF THERESTAURANT WAS OUT, all they had to do was let the driver know so they could ask me what I want instead. Once again, I was whisked away to the nostalgia of my youth, where pretty little carhops on roller skates would come and bring... you your meal. Alas, no such thing here in this world, at least, not that I know of, but you can get pretty dang close to it atCheckers. Built like the old timey wimey burger joints of the fifties and early sixties, before places like McDonald's andBurger King pretty much drove them out of business, the people are simply wonderful to each and every customer that comes. Andthe fries. I have to say, if you get nothing else, you have to get the fries. Anyway, I give the one in La Verne right off ofMurfreesboro Road TWELVE thumbs up, if I had that many hands???????????? ANYWAY! Ordered tonight at 10 pm. I paid for two meals and two chili cheese dogs. One meal was fine, but the other, a double fish... sandwich with extra cheese. Apparently there was no fish, so I had to substitute the sandwich for a spicy double chickensandwich. I?m watching the manager make the order, but make note of a couple of errors. First, she didn?t add my extra cheese,which I paid extra for, but then she makes the chili cheese dogs without chili. When my order was about to be handed to me, Imentioned that my order was incorrect, and asked them to please fix it. Once the order was fixed, my bag was tossed off to theside until another young lady could hand it to me. When the window finally opened, I apologized for asking them to fix my orderand told them I appreciate them making it right. The young lady was so unbelievably rude. She just stared daggers at me, thenslammed the window. If she (or anyone else there) doesn?t like her job, she can totally quit. I?m sure there are others whowould appreciate a job. Guaranteed that her attitude will keep her working in fast food for the rest of her life, though. A fewminutes later, I get home to undercooked chicken and brown lettuce in my sandwich.
