Either the new people at the drive-thru window need better training or they don't care about customer service anymore. Seems to... be a common trend now in this chain. Ordered quarter pounder extra cheese and fries. They charged me but quarter pounder had NO cheese was was cold as well as zero... condiments on it. No one in there seems to speak English so communicating a problem is next to impossible. Read more

Went in to McDonald's the other day. The kid behind the counter was angry and I couldn't hear what he was saying so I asked him... to repeat it and he acted like he was VERY inconvenienced to do so. I kept my cool and continued to be as polite as I could. Igot my order, went to my car and left to go pick up my wife from the airport. I reach into my bag to find my French fries UPSIDEDOWN in the bag!! That HAD to be deliberate! How do you "Accidentally" put a bag of fries in upside down! Went to get a Big Mac and there was no patty one even one on my sandwich. Very poor service as I even had to pull to the 3rd... window to wait for my food and they still got the order incorrect and didn't give me a receipt. Added photos to confirm nopatties on either part of the sandwich. Read more
Slow service. Long wait for me.. so-so food. Unclean.. fountain area a mess and not stocked. I ordered from self serve kiosk... and waited several minutes. A dozen other customers ordered from counter and a few from kiosk and got their food. I had toapproach counter and tell them what I ordered (and had to repeat 3 times).. then food was bagged and handed. Yes, it was noonrush (12:05pm), yes they had a handful of customers (around a dozen-ish). But I felt unwanted and unwelcome. Food quality... itis mickey Ds..
