It seems like everytime I place an order at this McDonald's during the day it's always wrong. Usually around 11:40am. The... manager gives me an attitude too. I try to be as respectful as I can but they act like its my fault that they messed the orderup. Several times... I come to McDonald's to eat breakfast and sometimes lunch. Trust me I dont walk into McDonald's hoping theymess my order up. I am as respectful as I can be, honestly, corporate may need to evaluate this McDonald's. Thank you. Read more
I used the mobile app to get an ice cream cone and a medium fry. I get to the second window and I?m told the ice cream machine... isn?t working. Why didn?t the guy at the first window tell me this?? Then they ask if I still want my fries. I told them ?yeah,I paid for them didn?t I???? Yes I paid for them (they already charged my card). How is a customer supposed to reach the manager on duty after leaving the restaurant if the only answer you get is a voice mail... that is already full? Came on 09/09/2022, at 7:22 pm. Supposed to get a large fry with my value meal and ended up getting amedium. Fries sure are expensive these days. Why are the hamburgers always dried, no juice. Even though the burgers are placedin a tray in to the holding warmer, they should still be juicy. I think the burgers are being cooked twice. If the timer is setcorrectly to 4:1, 10:1, sausage, bacon, there is no reason to have dried meat. Read more
Umm you might as well take the extra mile and go to the other McDonald?s down the street because these people will give you cold... and expired food. Had to get a refund. This is the only McDonald?s that I?ve really had an issue with. I don?t know if they?resalty from working night shift or working at McDonald?s. Due to work schedule this is one of very few places open after I get off. Every time I decide to stop, against my better... judgement, they screw up my order. Day shift vs night shift is completely different. When I have stopped in the mornings theyare nice and always get it right compared to night where they are impatient, rude and get it wrong. Read more
I?ve had good experiences here. Pick up only so far. The food is always hot and fresh, which is good, though pickups seem to... take longer than drive thru. Never got a bad order and there is always parking available. Read more
