This is the worst. My family stop there and order Tenders they only had the spicy tenders. We received the spicy tenders and the... where Disgusting hard and old. Brought the food back the manager started she can not give me a refund. Called and talk to theDistrict Manager Burt no leadership at all. This explains why this store has a lot of complaints. Don?t waste your money andtime. They don?t deserve anyone business because they don?t care. How can you all pass inspections. Read more

I placed a mobile order with in store pickup. Which clearly said my order was prepared and would be at the counter when ready. I... walked in and all the dine tables were dirty. I sat down and waited for my order. I noticed people were walking in and gettingthere ordered. I had to get in line which was extremely slow. I asked the lady in the grey shirt if my order was being worked onusing my order number. Had to list out everything in my order. Then she said who did I let know i was here. I told her no one.She didn't say anything just turned around and started to box it up. This a new location but unfortunately I'll new visit itagain. Read more

Please don?t go here on your lunch break or if you?re in a hurry. Everything I order is in sight ready to go. But still takes 20... min. Staff needs better training, and need to be equipped for a truck stop. Read more

Screw this place. Every time I come in here they work at a snails pace. Takes over a half an hour to get food. "It'll take 5... minutes for chicken." Half an hour later still waiting. 20 people standing around waiting. Some people just turn around andleave. You ask where your food is and they don't even answer. They just ignore you. Never coming back! 40 minutes to get somechicken. Somehow they lost my order even though I asked about it 3 times. Read more

This is, by far, the worst Popeyes I have ever experienced. If you go through the drive through there is a 30% chance anyone... will even answer it. The drive through takes 40 minutes on average with only 2-3 cars, if you can get anyone to answer the box.One time I watched the employees decided to lock the door at 7pm and just stare at people walking up to the door with noexplanation. The customer service is worse than any I've ever seen at any establishment. If you do, by some miracle, get yourorder, it's a 50-50 chance that they messed it up some how or is old, stale food. I know it's a new location but they need tofire all the employees and start over because no one there cares at all. Desperately needs new management, or ANY management. Read more

This is totally unacceptable. My husband just bought me the popcorn shrimp combo. The shrimp is old and hard. It is not even... edible. I hope their management team sees this and address the bad service before it gets out of hand or they will loss a lot ofbusiness. I will not be going to this Popeyes again. I came to eat fried chicken at Popeye's, and they sold me fried skin (chicharrón de pollo), it also tasted like old food or... fried food from yesterday. I think Popeye's marketing department and customer service department will surely come to visitbecause I feel like I wasted my money and time.
